Los Angeles’ Oldest Family Owned Restaurant and its Amazing Collection Of Scotch Whisky

Paul chats with John Lindquist, General Manager of the Tam O’Shanter in Los Angeles. The Tam has been owned by the Frank family has hosted film stars, friends and local characters for 95 years. While lunch and dinner at the Tam is an institution, the restaurant under Lindquist’s stewardship has amassed a world-class collection of 300 examples of some incredible Scotch whisky. The atmosphere is dedicated to Scotland and it has an extensive collection of family tartans as well.
